Ttrounce Varanasi provides English-learning, communication, Meet-Up, event, student-management and related educational services. Website and Android features may include registration, student accounts, learning information, notices, certificates, blogs, events and notifications.

Users should provide accurate, current and complete information where registration or account access is required. Students should inform Ttrounce Varanasi when important registered contact details change. Office-managed fields such as roll number, batch number, admission date and validity are maintained by authorized staff.

Student app access uses registered identity information with Firebase Phone Authentication and email OTP fallback, followed by server-issued access and refresh sessions. Verification codes and authenticated devices must not be shared for unauthorized use. Ttrounce Varanasi may restrict or revoke access where there is suspected misuse, a security risk, an expired or inactive student record, or a material violation of applicable terms.

Course fees, admission validity, payment schedules, refund eligibility and other commercial terms are governed by the specific admission communication, receipt, policy or written terms provided for the relevant programme. This page does not override programme-specific written terms or mandatory rights under applicable law.

Users must not misuse the website, Android app, student portal, APIs or communication systems; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with service availability; upload malicious content; impersonate another person; access protected student information without authority; harass users or staff; or use institute systems for unlawful purposes.

Unless otherwise stated, Ttrounce Varanasi branding, original learning materials, website and app content, graphics and educational resources are owned by or licensed for use by Ttrounce Varanasi and may not be copied, redistributed or commercially exploited without permission. Third-party marks and platform names remain the property of their respective owners.

Event photographs, student stories, alumni testimonials and other identifiable media should be published only when Ttrounce Varanasi has an appropriate basis or permission to use them. Users should not submit media or content they do not have the right to share.

Ttrounce Varanasi may send service communications such as registration messages, account or security notices, validity reminders, learning updates, event information, birthday greetings and operational notifications. Non-essential marketing communication is subject to applicable permission and available opt-out controls.

The website or Android app may link to or integrate with services such as Google, Firebase, Maps, Instagram, email providers or other external services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Ttrounce Varanasi is responsible for its own configuration and use of those integrations, not for the independent operation of third-party services.

Ttrounce Varanasi aims to keep digital services reliable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Features may be maintained, updated, suspended or replaced for security, compliance, hosting limitations or service improvement. Reasonable efforts should be made to avoid unnecessary disruption to active student services.

Learning outcomes depend on attendance, practice, participation, prior ability and other individual factors. Ttrounce Varanasi does not guarantee a particular examination score, job, interview result, academic result or personal outcome. The free level test on this website is an internal placement indicator for learning guidance and is not a certified CEFR examination.

Account or service access may be suspended or terminated for fraud, security threats, serious misuse, an inactive or expired student record, material non-compliance with applicable programme terms, or legal requirements. Users may contact Ttrounce Varanasi for clarification about an account-related decision.

These terms are intended to operate under applicable laws of India. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a matter requires formal dispute resolution, applicable law and competent jurisdiction will govern.
