Delete Your App Account

To request deletion of your Ttrounce Varanasi Android app account, email ttrouncevaranasi@gmail.com from your registered email address where possible, using the subject 'Ttrounce App Account Deletion Request'. Include your registered name and mobile number so the account can be identified. You may also contact Ttrounce Varanasi through the Contact page or at the institute. A deletion request must be verified before any account access is removed.

For security, Ttrounce Varanasi may verify the request using the registered mobile number, email address, OTP or another reasonable identity-verification method. An account will not be deleted solely on the basis of an unverified request from an unrelated contact address.

After a verified request is approved, data used only to operate the Android account may be removed or disabled where applicable. This can include active refresh sessions, unused or active OTP records, Firebase or device notification tokens, app-specific profile extensions, optional profile photo or app media where it is not required as an institutional record, and non-essential app preferences or marketing-subscription state. The active student authentication record may be disabled so the account can no longer sign in.

Deleting Android account access does not necessarily erase every historical institute record. Ttrounce Varanasi may need to retain limited registration or admission records, attendance or progress records, certificate records, transaction or accounting records, audit or security records, or other information where there is a legitimate institutional or legal requirement to retain it. Retained information should remain access-restricted and should not by itself provide an active app login.

The existing Ttrounce registration record is the institute's legacy student and admission record. Its historical field meanings are preserved for operational compatibility. A broader request concerning personal information beyond app-account access will be reviewed separately to determine what can be corrected, erased or anonymized and what must be retained under applicable requirements.

After app-account access is deleted or disabled, the user loses access to authenticated Android features. Creating or reactivating access later may require a new identity-verification or registration process depending on the student's institutional status at that time.
