Depending on how you use our services, we may process information you provide directly and limited information generated while operating the service. This can include registration details such as name, date of birth, parent or guardian information, mobile number, email address, address, qualification, learning-habit responses and acceptance of applicable rules; student administration data such as roll number, batch, admission dates and validity; profile information and profile photo where provided; account and security records such as verification records, sessions and security events; enquiries and support messages; notification and email delivery status; and limited technical information such as timestamps, IP or network metadata, browser or device information, diagnostics and error information needed for security and reliability.

The service may use Google and Firebase components for phone authentication, push notifications, diagnostics, maps, analytics or other configured features. Device notification tokens and Firebase identifiers are used only for the features that require them. Privileged Firebase credentials are held server-side and are not intentionally exposed in the public website or Android application.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for student and admission records, account operation, certificate verification, service delivery, security, dispute resolution and applicable legal or accounting requirements. Temporary OTP records and expired sessions are designed for limited retention. Notification tokens are disabled or removed when no longer valid or required. Images, PDFs and other heavy media are stored outside the MariaDB application database, with the database holding only controlled metadata and file paths.

Some learners may be under 18. Where applicable law requires parent or guardian involvement or authorization for a minor's personal information, Ttrounce Varanasi may require the appropriate parent or guardian involvement before providing relevant account or student services.

The production system uses safeguards including HTTPS, server-side validation, role and permission controls, secure password hashing for Admin accounts, protected secrets, short-lived OTP handling, revocable sessions, rate limiting and audit logging. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should also protect their devices, verification codes and account access.

You may contact Ttrounce Varanasi to ask questions about privacy, request correction of inaccurate account or profile information, request app-account deletion where applicable, or opt out of non-essential marketing communication. Some admission, attendance, certificate, transaction, legal, security or accounting records may need to be retained where there is a legitimate or legal requirement to do so.
