Admission to Group is subject to the following terms and conditions :

1. Student should attend the classes regularly.
2. Student should take prior permission in writing or submit an application for days absent.
3. Students should always have their I-Cards with them while entering the Institute. Checking is done regularly.
4. If the student is found without I-Card, he will be charged a fine of Rs. 10/-.If the I-Card is lost, a duplicate card may be issued on payment of Rs. 50/- along with a stamp size photograph.
5. English speaking is compulsory in the campus, whoever is found speaking Hindi, will be charged a fine of Rs. 10/-
6. The students should not gather in front of the office or on the road and should maintain the dignity of the Institute.
7. Discipline should be maintained inside the Institute. If the behaviour of the student inside the Institute, is unsatisfactory,he/she may be expelled.
8. The student will provide accurate and correct information regarding his educational qualifications in the application form.
9. Group provides a crash course during which the student's attendance is compulsory for three (3) hours regularly on all weekdays i.e. Monday to Saturday. Absence, without prior permission is liable to be treated as misconduct and likely to incur disciplinary action in the form of temporary rustication or expulsion or payment of re-admission charges.
10. Mobile phones have to be switched off in the campus.
11. Fee transfer is not allowed.
12. Students causing any damage to the property of the institute will be liable to pay compensation.
13. Change of timings opted by the student at the time of admission is completely at the discretion of the manager and depends on the availability of the desired schedule.
14. No student should be found under the influence of alcohol in the institute.
15. Violation of any rule mentioned above may lead to strict actions against the student by the authorities.
16. Your membership will be cancelled under the following circumstances:
    1. If the authorities find your behaviour suspicious/not up to the mark.
    2. If you cause a disturbance in the class and are not sincere towards your studies.
    3. If you are found violating the rules and regulations of the Institute.
    4. If you join the class without giving prior information to the office/Director.
    5. If you are found misbehaving with your teachers.
17. When a student wishes to transfer form the morning to the evening shift or vice versa he/she has to give a written application to the Director for effecting the change.
18. Refund of the course fees wholly or partly will not be possible under any circumstances.
